For what purpose do we process your data?

At Salvaje y Fred's we will process your data in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), in a manual and/or automated way for the following purposes:

  • Manage and develop the registration on the WEBSITE/APP/BLOG. Registration will involve the profiling of the user's browsing on the WEBSITE/APP/BLOG. This profiling consists of the use of the customer's personal data and browsing information such as the products viewed or added to the basket, the sections of the WEB/APP/BLOG visited, the location to assess their preferences and/or personal interests with the aim of offering them the contents of the WEB/APP/BLOG, offers, services and products suited to their profile.

  • Manage and develop the online purchase. We use your personal information to process and deliver your order, and to inform you by email and/or SMS of the status of your order.

  • To respond to queries, doubts raised or any request made by the user on the WEB/APP/BLOG of Salvaje y Fred's, in any of the forms of contact made available to them.

  • Send offers, promotions, gifts, sweepstakes and news of value via mail, app, post, telephone and/or SMS, with prior consent and unless otherwise indicated or unless the user opposes or revokes their consent. These communications will be carried out by Salvaje y Fred's, and will be related to its products and services, or by its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached an agreement. The sending of this information will involve the profiling of users consisting of using personal data, the history of their purchases if applicable, as well as browsing information on the WEB/APP/BLOG to evaluate certain aspects.
  • Manage the alert service for when a certain product is available on the WEB/APP/BLOG.

  • The data received through the sending of curricula by any means will be processed for the purpose of carrying out selection processes and maintaining communication with the candidate.

The content of communications will not be personalised.

What kind of information do we collect?

Salvaje y Fred's may collect on its WEB/APP/BLOG page, the following personal information from users through the corresponding forms: name, email address, postal address, telephone number and date of birth. If and when the user visits the WEB/APP/BLOG, registers, places an online order, contacts Salvaje y Fred's, registers on the blog, makes enquiries and/or participates in promotions or sweepstakes.

In addition, Salvaje y Fred's may collect all the information related to your navigation on the WEBSITE/APP/BLOG and your interaction with the brand.

All personal data collected by Salvaje y Fred's comes from the data subject, with the exception of contact details that may be provided to us by friends or family:

Wild and Fred's never collects bank card or bank user account details.

    • Payment by card

This is done through the Ibercaja secure server payment gateway. Salvaje y Fred's will not store any payment card details, as these are entered by the consumer through a secure payment gateway owned by the bank.

Salvaje y Fred's will only receive confirmation from this gateway that the payment has been made correctly in order to be able to proceed with the shipment of the order.

Most credit and debit cards are supported. This payment method is immediate. Once the payment has been made, Salvaje y Fred's, after verification of the data, will start to process the order. This payment method has no additional costs for the Consumer.

    • Payment by PayPal

PayPal is a fast, simple and secure payment system through which consumers can make payments (whether or not they are registered) with their debit card, credit card or bank account. This payment method is immediate. Once the payment has been made, Salvaje y Fred's, after verification of the data, will begin to process the order. PayPal will be the only one who will receive and use the payment data, being an intermediary between the consumer and Salvaje y Fred's. The payment is made through a secure gateway, external to the website of Salvaje y Fred's and the data will travel encrypted for greater security. Once the payment has been made and the order has been placed, changes to the delivery address are not permitted. This payment method has no additional costs for the consumer.

    • Cash on delivery

The Consumer may pay the full amount to the courier, parcel or logistics company delivering the purchased product..

This payment method has an additional cost of 2 euros plus VAT which will be automatically calculated and included in the purchase process.

How long do we keep your data?

Salvaje y Fred's will keep your data for the duration of the contractual/commercial relationship established and there is a mutual interest, and subsequently, during the periods established by law for the resolution of possible liabilities arising from the same. In the event of requesting the deletion of your data, these will be eliminated with the appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymisation of the data or the total destruction of the same.

Data relating to payments and invoicing will be kept for the periods established in the corresponding economic/accounting and tax regulations.

What legitimises us to process your data?

Execution of the contract

The legal basis for the processing of the data subject's personal data collected is the performance of the purchase contract. In this regard, the data subject is obliged to provide the data necessary for the execution of the contract. If this data is not provided, it will not be possible to carry out the purchase contract.

Legal obligations

The management and issuing of the sales invoice is based on the legal obligation of Salvaje y Fred's in its relationship with customers.

Consent

In relation to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the data subject's personal data is the data subject's consent, if given:

- Management of registration on the WEB/APP/BLOG

- Management of the subscription to our newsletter, the sending of the contact form, any type of query through the available means or the sending of your CV. The legitimate basis for the processing is the consent of the interested party who voluntarily subscribes.

- Management of the product availability alert service on the WEB/APP/BLOG.

- Response to the exercise of ARCO rights, queries and complaints by the data subject.

- Management of the sending of information on exclusive promotions, latest news and personalised information adapted to the profile of the interested party.

Withdrawal of consent to such processing by the data subject shall not condition the execution of the purchase contract concluded between the data subject and Salvaje y Fred's.

Legitimate interest

In relation to the following purposes, the legal basis for the processing of the data subject's personal data shall be the legitimate interest of Salvaje y Fred's:

- The creation of profiles by browsing the WEBSITE/APP/BLOG by a registered user, as well as all those users who have provided us with their data for any other purpose.

- Profiling in order to send information on exclusive promotions, latest news and personalised information adapted to the profile of the interested party.

- The sending of satisfaction surveys about the products purchased or services used by Salvaje y Fred's customers in order to request their opinion and be able to improve them.

Our legitimate interest is to ensure that our WEBSITE/APP/BLOG remains secure, as well as to help Salvaje y Fred's to understand the needs, expectations and level of satisfaction of users and, therefore, to improve services, products and brands. All these actions are carried out in order to improve the level of customer satisfaction and ensure a unique browsing and shopping experience.

To which recipients may we disclose data?

Salvaje y Fred's does not sell customer data to third parties. Your contact data will be passed on to companies and suppliers that provide services to Salvaje y Fred's (transport companies for the management of the shipment, tax consultants for tax treatment, banks and financial institutions for the collection of the services offered, hosting companies of our servers and databases for the processing of online communications and agencies for advertising purposes). All of these companies have agreed with us to access this data exclusively for the purposes described here.

Public Administrations and Bodies when so required by tax, labour, Social Security or any other applicable regulations.

Your data will be communicated in the cases in which it is necessary for the fulfilment of the established contractual relationship and in the cases provided for by law. No international transfers of data to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area, including countries that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union, are foreseen.

How does Salvaje y Fred's protect personal data?

The WEB/APP/BLOG uses information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorised access to data and ensure the confidentiality of the same. To achieve these purposes, the user accepts that Salvaje y Fred's obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

In addition, any transaction made through the WEB/APP is carried out through secure payment systems. Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding entity.

Salvaje y Fred's declares that it has adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to avoid its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties.

What are your rights in relation to personal data?

Right of access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Salvaje y Fred's we are processing personal data concerning you, and to access the personal data that we hold about you. Wild and Fred's has about you.

Right of rectification

You have the right to request that Wild and Fred's to rectify personal data where it is inaccurate or to complete it where it is incomplete.

Right to erasure/right to be forgotten

You can ask us to delete personal data if, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right of limitation

You have the right to request the limitation of data processing, in which case we will only keep the data for the exercise or defence of claims.

Right of portability

You have the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller where the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

Right to object

You can object to personal data being processed on the basis of the public or legitimate interest pursued by Wild and Fred's, including profiling. In such a case, Wild & Fred's will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
