The VHS frame protector fits snugly onto each of the chain stays. The 70mm wide base wraps around the chainstay for added protection. Before gluing, remove the protector or vinyl, clean the frame thoroughly and glue from the centre outwards. The protector includes tape so you don't need anything more than what comes in the box.
